Steps

Description Temperature Time Note
Define clearly an aim
The team must identify the criteria that are used to characterize each solution
Use the preferences as criteria for brainstorming output
Assign each criterion a weight (1 = lowest to 5 = highest) based on its importance in the final decision
Asses each proposal against each criterion and assign a value (1 = lowest to 5 = highest)
The sum of the weighted assessments gives the final score for each proposal
