The meeting will be in Montelibretti (Rome) at the Research Area Rome RM1, in the Conference Hall. The event follows the first InFormativa Day which was held on 22 May at the CNR of Bari. The aim of this event is to provide CNR researchers and technologists who are interested in the subject of Technology Transfer with a general picture of the opportunities available to them, with a particular focus on the concepts, methods and values of Technology Transfer. In particular, on this day, questions related to technology transfer in the European context will be analyzed; direct evidence about the creation of businesses by start-ups and transferers, questions about innovation in industry, public-private cooperation, and Quality issues will also be discussed. Speakers will include Dr. Annamaria Kisslinger, who will present the report “Technology Transfer: application of Quality methodologies for Research” which will showcase the work of qPMO and the methodologies it applies, with particular reference to those that may contribute to the enhancement of research results when they are transferred to and/or applied in areas other than research. These will include the application of certain experimental procedures related to Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and the experience of UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008 certification in a research laboratory.
