The Fourth and Last Information/Training Event for the BioTTasa Project at the CNR of Naples
The series of information/training events “From Research to Technology Transfer” for the project “Technology Transfer and the Integration of Biotechnology for Health, Food and the Environment – BioTTasa” concluded at the CNR Research Facility in Naples. This event was organized to provide CNR researchers and technologists who are interested in the subject of Technology Transfer with an overall picture of the scenarios and opportunities available. It featured the presentation of the Winter School organized by Sardegna Ricerche in the context of the training activities promoted by Biottasa, designed to accompany a researcher in the validation phase of the technology developed and in the identification of the target market, in anticipation of the creation of a new business.
Among the issues addressed were the CNR’s policies for the protection and optimization of research results and Technology Transfer in the European context.
The participation of BioTTasa’s partners from the business world, who introduced topics such as the demand for innovation in the industrial sector and different dynamics of public-private interactions, was very stimulating.
Overall, these events have demonstrated how the quality and Project Management OpenLab (qPMO) project proves that applying Quality methodologies can support research management activities, facilitate technology transfer and contribute to the application of “best laboratory practices.
