A new section on Quality Mehodologies has been introduced in the website

In the “Protocols” section you can now find Quality Mehodologies applied by CNR researchers

The guiding principle of the quality and project Management OpenLab has been to promote the integration of Quality and scientific cultures as both aspire to continual improvement. During the development of the project, the qPMO network has applied several Quality and Project management methodologies, among them brainstorming, decision grid, PDCA cycle, which have increased the performance, reduced the meeting time, and facilitated planning. Moreover, The qPMO has specifically applied the Design of Experiments (DoE) methodology for optimization of multivariable assays, such as toxicity assays, cellular transfections, protein crystallization, and reactive oxygen species detection. The experience developed has been reported in two peer-reviewed articles (Bongiovanni et al 2015; Mancinelli et al., 2015). The methodologies applied are now available in the quality4lab web platform, inside the “Quality methodologies” category of “Protocols” section. CNR researchers are invited, upon registration, to insert in the website the Quality methodologies they have used, according to the Guideline  for the insertion of a new protocol.
